Pros. Convenient to LAX. Airport shuttle efficient. Standard breakfast. Pool looked nice outside but didn’t use. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cons Came in to urine smelling lobby and room was very musty smelling Older building with 3 steps to elevators on each floor One elevator and just fit our family of 3 with luggages.

For the price and the convenience of how close to the airport this hotel is it was worth it. We stayed one night. The room had a weird smell so we kept the balcony door open. The air conditioner didn’t work great and dripped water from it. The kids loved the pool. The breakfast in the morning was convenient along with the shuttle to the airport.

We travelled as a family of three to see universal, Disney and Hollywood. This was a great location as it was kind of in the middle of everything. Amazing service, great breakfast, clean rooms. Ubers were always less than a minute away. No doubt I would recommend this for any family staying in California.

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accomodating. We had a first floor room and it was very loud. People stomping on the floor above us all night and kids were loud running down the halls early. Breakfast had enough options. Bar was closed by the time we arrived.

Our stay with family of 4 for one night in this hotel was awesome. Front desk staff so friendly, efficient and informative. Airport shuttle was on time and will definitely stay again in this hotel. Breakfast was also good.

Shuttle took way too long to do airport pick up. On arrival staff was great. BUT our assigned room was not made up. It was pretty gross. Reception have use another room which was great. We had a room reserved for our adult kids.. they were not happy.. It smelled terrible. Again went to reception, thankfully they resolved the situation and moved them to a better room.

Feel its outrageous to charge hotel guest $40 a night for parking on top of the nightly rate. Front desk told me that it was gated and had security guard for the parking lot. We arrived around 9pm. Once parked, I spent around 10-15 mins gathering all of my family's belongings and picked up inside the van. I kept looking for a parking/ security guard. Not a single person. We were there for two nights. Not once did my wife or I saw anyone. The establishment should not tell hotel guest that their is security when obviously there is none. It is also not gated. Yes, there is a fence, but there are openings everywhere and some sides of the parking lot is wide open to the public. Very misrepresented. I don't think the employee's should tell customers otherwise. Hotel was fine and looked decently clean. Breakfast was so so. Would not recommend.
