The stay was very nice. The staff was great and very accommodating. The only concern was there was an entire family sleeping in the lobby. Suitcase open family spread out on the couch covered up shoes kicked off. Very tacky and a bad look for the brand and sorta made me uncomfortable walking through the lobby or wanting to sit in the lobby. Felt like I was violating their personal space.

Good hotel for families. Double beds were a good size for my tall son. The staff was friendly and helpful which made the stay better due to the hotel being sold out and very busy. The room was clean Not a lot of frills but would definitely stay there again.

Staff was amazing, room was great and spacious. Fresh donuts available at the service desk with a wide selection of snacks, we were traveling with 2 kids so it was very convenient!

View outside was definitely not picturesque, but the room was very clean. The proximity to the airport meant it was one of, if not the last stop of the frequent airport shuttles (15-20 min intervals) to take you to the airport- that said, if you have multi family with lots of checked in bags, you might be split apart or you might have to wait quite a bit longer to go together, because the shuttle gets full. The shuttle service was pretty prudent on getting back ups when that happened though. During our stay there, their internet service were having problems, that we could not even cast from our phones to the TV. So even if they had "smart" ammenities, it was useless.

We were deciding whether to stay here or at the Sheraton Gateway. We chose the Courtyard Marriot because it was nearly $200 for 2 nights for us because kids stay free. We weren't dissapointed, it was every bit as good as the Sheraton and MUCH better that the Hyatt LAX that we stayed at last month. Highly recommended, great value. Front desk staff were lovely.
