The only thing that bothered me a bit were the guests that allowed their kids to run wild in the hotel from running through the hallways making loud noises, knocking at our doors, and riding the elevator up and down. The ceilings were quite thin as we could here the kids running back and fourth in their room, stomping until 11pm. Other than that, the staff, facility and area were great.

Maids left cleaning supplies in the room. The sound proofing is nonexistent. I could hear upstairs conversation and kids running all night. Called the desk; ended up knocking on the upstairs door at 11 pm to ask them to quiet down. You can hear the highway traffic all night. We ordered drinks at the bar. They ran out of mixers and were making them up to fill the cocktail.

The hotel was in a great location in Fresno. Close by to local restaurants and within ten miles of places we wanted to see. The lobby area was nice and welcoming. The only thing I would complain about is the noise from the family from upstairs our room was pretty loud, so the walls not so sound proof.
