Hampton Inn & Suites Fresno

The pool was closed and that is one of the reasons we booked out stay with you. We did not find out until check in that it was closed and with 2 kids and temp well over 100 degrees they were excited for the pool but ended up disappointed

It was me and my family's first time in Fresno. We really enjoyed it. The maintenance worker gave us recommendations and that was about it for any interaction with anyone who worked there. At least for me. When we walked in, they just looked at the computers/desk. The room was cozy and quiet. TV was great, you can use netflix(your own) and was nice quality. The bathroom, is small... :/ there were stains in the bathtub where bleach was left to take away mold so it was like red pinkish and then by the upper area near the body wash and shampoo had a huge black mold underneath the caulking. The shower head is comfortable loads of water coming out, water pressure was nice. Outside is pretty and comfortable. Inside, felt a bit unwelcoming. Other than that, I would definitely stay again, maybe just in another room.. hopefully. Willing to give it another chance for sure!

We live in Fresno but we decided to get away from the kids and have a little escape a free blocks away with the kids for valentines

Stay was great, service up to par as well. Second stay in a month with our wrestling team. Pretty disapointed to have to pay full price and the pool was not available again. This is important when traveling with kids. Fitness center could be updated as well.

The entire staff was GREAT - front desk(morning, afternoon, night auditor), housekeeping & breakfast preparers. Our party, 10 in all, was in Fresno for a family member's wedding. We were in & out if the hotelall hours- 7am to a coule of nights @ 1-2:30am. The staff could NOT have been more pleasant & professional!!
