Sonesta ES Suites Fresno

This is a hidden gem! I was quite surprised with the grounds and my room. It's actually much nicer than some of the long stay Hiltons and Marriotts. The staff is experienced and it shows. Derrick, Tamara and Jennifer made sure everything was top notch for me. I want to thank all of the staff, especially Cody the Manager, for helping me in an emergency due to a Vrbo false advertisement. My family, to include a 4 year old, had a blast. The pool was just clean and perfect. The breakfast is stellar. I will be coming back very soon! By the way, I stayed in their lovely 2 bedroom. All TV's were smart. It was like staying in an apartment with all necessary dishes, cookware, etc.

What a hidden gem. First time staying here and will definitely make this our go to hotel for Fresno. Very clean inside and out and I can’t say enough on how friendly the staff was. Looking at the pool and spa…outdoor fireplace and BBQ area as we walked by, we can’t wait for our Summer trip to see the grandchildren.

Excellent place to in Fresno. If you just need a get away from the kids this is a great place. The TV is just the right distance from the bed. Get dinner and bring it in the room and eat at the bar table in the room. Very clean and great bathroom.

My family just simply needed a place to stay for a night that was safe as we were traveling with a baby. The hotel room we got was a good size with a kitchen. The room was perfect! It was clean, modern, quiet and inexpensive in comparison. We will definitely be choosing this hotel again when passing through Fresno.

The staff was excellent. Breakfast was great variety to select from and really clean. Felt very welcome. We had to stay for months and would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is clean and well maintained. It has a few places that could use a coat of paint but overall it is nicely kept. Was there with family and it was quiet and felt safe. The pool/hot tub/basketball court where all used and enjoyed.

Great family hotel

I stayed Feb 22-26 with my 3 kids. I aas going through some family situation, plus my home was snowed in due to the extreme weather. The hotel was perfect for us, 1 bedroom queen with sofa bed. Everything was clean and working well. The tv had youtube and netflix option which was great for the kids. The kitchenette supplied all our needs, and the room was thoughfully put together. There were a lot of usb and regular plugs in good locations. The bathroom lights also turned off automatically, which is good for me, saving energy but letting kids have light. I had room service one time and they were wonderful and helped me tidy the room, since it was me with 3 kids. It meant so much because I was going through a hard time, so thank you. They even accommodated me purchasing another night thru hotels.com and allowed me to stay in the room with no hassle. I didn't get to try the laundry but it looked nice, with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The small negative was that there was trash outside the door closest to the elevator that was never cleaned. And there was no trash can nearby. But honestly, I never heard of the brand but after this experience, I will seek it out when traveling next time.
