Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fresno North, CA

The employees were super friendly and caring to us and our children. The room was newly renovated and was very clean. The room was 80* when we arrived and after 2 hours only cooked down to 79*. We didn't sleep well due to the heat in the room all night. By morning (with the thermostat set to 64*) the room had only chilled to 75*. The hot tub in the pool area has not been functional for almost a year which is disappointing. The pool was heated so we were able to swim which was great for the kids. The breakfast staff was very kind and prompt with refilling empty food containers.

Not bad for one night, and only finding a sigle dead bug in my family's room.

Beds were comfortable. I really liked their breakfast options. The pool was heated. Unfortunately the spa was not working. I was only disappointed in other guest smoking weed in the pool area in front of kids. Zero respect for others. Not properties fault. Not enough towels but over all I would stay again.

Location was excellent for what we needed and the rates were not too pricey, but our room was dirty and worn and smelled. We also did not have hot water the morning we left. They did provide a breakfast and had good coffee. They do not clean the rooms every day. Bedding was not sufficient. The door into the place from the parking lot was not real secure and we witnessed a family drive up and just get breakfast and leave. I will try someplace different next time I have to stay in Fresno.

Our only complaint is that we are traveling with a kid who loves a pool and hot tub. All our searches for hotels included these amenities. However, upon arrival we discovered the ton tub was out of service. We easily could’ve picked a place a hot tub if we knew

I booked this hotel years ago. It is one of the only hotels with an indoor pool. I couldn't find it again when I traveled to Fresno. I came across it when I searched "indoor pool" in Fresno. This one is the best. I will book this hotel every time I visit the family in Fresno.

They have an indoor, heated swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. I have two kids, and they really enjoyed it. Free breakfast was good, has coffee, juice, scrambled egg, sausage, fruits, yogurt, cereal, self-made waffle, bagel, bread and etc. Highly recommended for great value!

The hotel clerk did not know how to check me in because of using hotels.com for booking. When asked to put my credit card on file for deposit fee she said it was declined. I swiped an additional 4 times and each time she said decline. I then used my debit card and she said declined. I open my bank app and have $500 worth of pending charges because it was their system that she could not operate. I told her this was unacceptable and she responded well I won’t be working here too much longer and you’re welcomed to have some candy for free on the front desk. She then figures out that she has been doing it wrong and asks me for my card again! Are you freaking kidding me. Elevator was out in the hotel and l had to walk three floors with luggage to my room. Never again will I stay or recommend this place.

Pleasent staff, awesome breakfast and the bed was very comfortable only stayed 1 night with wife and baby boy and it was a good stay overall

We have stayed at this hotel for many years when coming to Fresno visiting family and friends. It’s been a few years since our last trip and the hotel has really gone down hill. The service and staff are fine but it’s time to invest in updating carpets everywhere, fix the bathroom downstairs and update the rooms in general. The beds are very comfortable.
