I love staying with Hilton but was not impressed with everything wrong at your hotel. First the gym was out of order and then the elevators were broken. In the room there was no hand soap which is really big when traveling with kids.

My family and I loved staying here! Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The hotel was very close to shopping and restaurants, which was another plus. My family and I all agreed that we would stay here again.

Safe area right across from another hotel and down the street from a cvs. Place was clean and welcoming. Staff was extremely polite and wonderful to have our room ready for our family of 6. The rooms were extremely roomy! Nice kitchen/living room and bedrooms were very nice. The beds were comfortable but the only thing was the pull out couch was not comfy at all. Very thin but overall stay was nice!

The accommodations were great for our overnight stay. Our room was very comfortable for our family. Enjoyed the fact that it had a large refrigerator to store our perishables and drinks. Ayla at the front desk was super nice and notified me immediately when the room was available which was only a few minutes. Loved that the location. Is nearby a CVS pharmacy that we utilized as well as a major shopping mall nearby that we also visited. We would surely stay here again in the future.

The room did not have USB chargers, and shower head and bathroom facilities need up dating. The breakfast was good. The pool, basketball court was fun for kids.

I travel to Fresno quite a bit and I have to say this is one of my favorite places to stay. It is quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful and the property is well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business travel as well as families.

Our experience was not pleasant. We were expecting a nice clean room for the amount we were paying. When we entered the room, that dishwasher was still running and the room smelled old and stale. When we woke up the next day, we wer met by baby roaches in every room. When we told the front desk, we were offered reward points or 10% off our stay. When we showed the pics to the clerk, she said they were some type of carpet bug. Not! They were roaches. We will NEVER stay here again.

Room was not accessible as reserved. They “had none available” to move to. Yet, was available to book even via Hilton app. They said there was nothing to be done, we left a day early due to family being unable to use facilities (no toilet grab bars!)
