Hampton Inn & Suites Fresno-Northwest

Hampton was convenient to family we were visiting. It was easy to access. Complimentary breakfast each morning was good. Staff were friendly.

This was a great stay. I have to give a big shout out to Carrie at the front desk. We arrived at 1 PM drove in from Vegas a 7 hour drive with kids and a dog was a lot. I had originally selected a first floor room to make it easier to take my dog out. Carrie informed me the room was not ready but she can set us up in a second floor room close to the elevator for my dog. It was very kind of her. Our room was comfortable and clean. This place was great it is hard to find affordable pet friendly hotels anywhere that are clean and quiet. We checked out 2 days later and realized we forgot my husbands work clothes in the closet shortly after we hit the road. I was able to text Carrie and let her know she was so accommodating and had the clothes at the desk when I arrived. Thank you for being so accommodating and kind during our stay! And a big thank you for the clean quiet room that allowed my puppy!

My family and I previously had stayed in this hotel before and enjoyed our stay. This last time around was not a pleasant experience. We were on the second floor right above the main lobby, and the window wall shared the same wall as the automatic sliding entrance lobby door in our window was a concrete wall with no sunlight. Shower head one of the showerheads was broken that was spraying water above the shower curtain and created a pool of water on the floor. As I was rushing out of the hotel, I told the front desk attendant about the broken pipe and I showed him one of my clothing that I plan to wear. That day was ruined because of the broken shower head. The attendant said “oh OK thank you for letting us know. I will tell maintenance” while I was holding up my wet clothing.

Came here for a one night stay with family. Check in was easy. Was very clean inside. Breakfast in the morning was good

Excellent; travelled to the Evanelle Vineyard’s for a family wedding.
