Our family of 4 spent one night here on our way to Yosemite. Our room was spacious and clean and it came with a complimentary breakfast. We had fun at the pool where extra towels were provided which we appreciated. The property is a bit run down and some surfaces in the common areas haven’t been cleaned in ages. The AC in our room was noisy. We would have appreciated an opportunity to open the window as the night was cool. As in all US hotels, better windows could save a lot on the energy bill. Also, in the room and the breakfast area disposable cups and plates created a lot of unnecessary waste.

The only thing I didn’t like as a mother with kids was no elevator and going up stairs other then that stay was great.

It was in a nice quiet area in Fresno. It was also kid friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. The only thing we disliked was the pillows were very thin!

I/we have been staying at this property since it was the 'new kid' on the North Side of Fresno. It is now a bit of a 'grand dame' after one or two facelifts/re-incarnations, but still a great choice. The rooms are spacious, the parking plentiful, the (post covid) breakfast is abundant. It is a well maintained, updated, not 'brand new' motel. You could do far worse, and only arguably better. Happy Travels.

Our stay at Hotel Piccadilly was short but we loved the hospitality. At the front desk, we met with Renee, she was absolutely delight and welcoming and made our check-in very smooth. We explored the breakfast and the setup was nice, clean, and nicely arranged. They had pancakes, eggs, jams, waffles, potatoes, etc. to give enough options for the family. Our kids enjoyed the pool too but the water was not heated.

We arrived to the hotel after a 5 hour drive with a very restless toddler and were told that our room had been cancelled by a 3rd party, and that they were completely booked for the night other wise… we had to go find another hotel which ended up being twice the price and extremely inconvenient
