Not a fan of this location. Area was noisy, not much access to restaurants, outdoor area was subpar. Was not aware that this property was pet friendly, had a few unwanted interactions with other peoples pets. Will not stay here again nor recommend it to friends/family

20 young kids screaming and running around in the lobby without supervision or guidance. Loud adults yelling obscenities outside until midnight. $30 per night to park. Remarkably expensive snacks and drinks.

We stayed with Marriot a lot. This is 1st time we are disappointed with this location. When we arrived, no one in front desk. Me and the other guests had to wait for several minutes. The sofa bed smell, the room is next to the bart so we can hear the noise, the waffle maker in a breakfast room is not kids friendly.

Arrived to the hotel at 11:00 pm, I was given my room key (card) upon opening the door I noticed the room was being occupied, when went to the lobby and I received a new room. I needed to use the pull out couch and there was no blankets, sheets nor pillows, upon request they delivered it to our room. Too much noise from the outside. Continental breakfast was non existent, waffles were hard and cold, no variety of muffins, not much of continental. Rooms were clean, beds were confortable, kids liked the indoor pool, valet parking $30.00

The location is close to Downtown Walnut Creek for shopping, lots of places to eat nearby and near 680 freeway. It has a mini kitchen with a full size refrigerator which is perfect for families. Staff was friendly, check in and check out was very simple. We will definitely be staying here again when in the area!
