We had a very good stay. My family and I were there to attend a funeral, so we all occupied 4 rooms and the staff was very accomodating to making sure that we were all on the same floor and in very close proximity to each other! Thank you to all, and of course the breakfast was wonderful, as usual!

The hallways were very hot when you walked down them. There was not daily room cleaning service. Needed more and bigger, trash cans in room. We had two adults and two children and there wasn’t enough trash cans.

Hotel was very clean, room size was perfect for the family. Only issue I had was my room key kept failing. Was there for 2 nights and the key was corrected at least 4 times. Pillows weren’t very comfortable and I’m a huge fan of staying at the Hampton. Overall it was a good experience.

This is one of the best Hampton Inn Cypress was literally the best Hampton Inn we've stayed at. The reception was amazing and friendly. We were given a little goody bag at check in that the kids loved. Rooms were clean and roomy. Breakfast was great and stocked constantly. Are vehicle's battery decided to give out the day of check out and a wonderful Hotel employee gave us a jumpstart to get us to the nearest auto zone. Absolutely amazing service.
