My family had a very unpleasant stay at the Radisson Hotel. You cannot rely on their shuttle service to transport you from Phoenix Sky Harbor to the Radisson Hotel. You cannot rely on the evening Front Desk person to give you the correct room for your reservation. There were 3 of us in a one bed room. When our room number was pulled up to change our room to a room with 2 queen-sized beds, it was not our last name that was listed; it was someone else’s last name. You cannot rely on the evening Front Desk person to be honest with you if he tells you the shuttle driver is on his way to the Airport to pick you up. You definitely cannot rely on the shuttle driver to perform his duties. Evidently I was not the only person who had waited outside for an extended amount of time waiting for the shuttle driver to transport them from the Phoenix Airport to the Radisson Hotel. They also had to take a cab to the Hotel. The temperature outside was 106 degrees. The fan motor on the air conditioner unit that was under the windows in our room was loud; difficult to fall asleep. We did eat dinner at the hotel near the lobby. The individual who gave us the menu told us to take a seat and he would take our order. An older woman took our order. The individual who had told us he would take our order was standing in an area near the kitchen texting on his phone. We ordered 2 of the flatbread pizzas and an order of fries. The restaurant’s food was good.

The sink would drain slowly it was awful when you’re brushing your teeth. There were a lot kids and I understand kids get loud but after 10pm someone should do something. I called down to the front desk. No one did anything.

Excellent people. Priced right, clean and the food was decent. 100 kids ripping up and down the halls, due to a ball tournament. Not the hotels fault.

The manager threw us out after asking why our rooms was not clean. He had attitude. I had two kids with me under 5 years old. He said I should of read the rules on the Website. and if I didn't see it, that was my problem. I had already paid in advance for my 3 nights and I only stood one night. Now I am waiting for my reimburesment. It is protacall to have the Police notified when you are getting kicked out the officer said and she said that the Holiday Inn Express treat there customers better than the Radisann Hotel do. Wow I was blown away what an Awful man to go this far. We had to pay for another hotel and barely had money for that. The front desk was gentleman was rude also. they are terrible their. I would never stay at a Raidisson Again !!

Excellent customer service!
-Hot tub/jacuzzi is beautiful and warm/hot. Pool is 84 degrees and hot tub was hot!
-airport shuttle was friendly, on time, and so easy to schedule and then I rescheduled and there was no issue.
--EVERYthing went smoothly here, including eating dinner in Their restaurant.
-breakfast buffet was plentiful if you have a buffet included or purchase... fresh fruit and oatmeal with a side of donut were my favorites.... my kiddo liked the eggs and potatoes and boxed cereal.
When we first arrived John assisted us and after a long day of travel it was nice to be greeted and checked in with a friendly face and excellent customer service. When we got to the room, everything looked great and we headed to the pool area- it is awesome! In the morning when we were getting ready to leave, I requested 30 minute later shuttle and they made it happen with no issue....
Everything went smoothly and all staff was friendly with us .... the gym is pretty great as well with plenty of equipment...
As a longtime loyal Marriott customer, Inam thinking of switching chains and this was an excellent experience. Marriott charged me 50$ for packages to sit on their counter for 10 minutes... Marriott rips you off now so it's time to move on... thank you for an excellent experience and showing me that other chains are superior in many ways (not ripping us off-).... thank you .. the local Marriott chain (no hot tub) wanted double what this Radisson wanted and I would definitel

I waited at the front desk to check-in for 30 minutes as there was no one at the desk. When I asked for assistance, I was told “I’m not sure where she is (the front desk clerk)”. My family were the only ones waiting and it was clear to all the employees in the vicinity that we needed to check-in but no one acknowledged us or offered assistance.
Additionally, we had signed up for the airport shuttle the next morning and were waiting in the lobby at precisely 5 am. There was no one at the desk and so when I asked the security guard at 5:10 for assistance, he checked and found that the shuttle had left early.
I would never recommend this place with the service being awful on many levels.

I forgot my sandals in the room and housekeeping will not return them. This is a dishonest hotel. Please don't stay here. They will not return anything that the customer forgets at the hotel room. Count it as a loss. I spoke with Julie in housekeeping and she lost my phone number and never returned my call. What a dishonest hotel and they could care less about customers. The breakfast was terrible for $15 and very limited. A McDonalds breakfast is probably better. There is no decent lobby to hang out with family and friends either. DO NOT STAY IN THIS CRAPPY HOTEL.

The room was like our own little Condo, had a little family room with another tv, small fridge, and microwave. VERY NICE !!
The only thing that I didn’t care for, was our nice big window was a view of all of the air conditioner units !!!

Check in staff was rude. Argued with me about complimentary breakfast I was suppose to receive. Didn’t tell me I needed a parking pass- had to call hotels.com and have them call to straighten everything out. Hotel only has some cable channels- kids channels are on regular tv causing the Disney channel to have lines running down the screen- bothersome for my 8 year old. The repair man said he couldn’t fix it because it was the channel not the tv that had an issue. Wanted to use the jacuzzi since my back went out the day before the trip- nope/ out of service. The waitress seating guests was very curt, have to ask her for everything- then she embarrassed other guest by yelling at them from her podium to the front desk telling them, “hey- you can’t just walk in here and take food, but go on/ u already took it”. Who does that? Maybe if she were doing her job at the podium she would have stopped the guests who didn’t know they had to pay before they took the food?! Hotel was clean and up to date also a good location/ easy fwy access but the staff ruin the place. I asked for a room on the 1st floor with pool view. My room was on the second floor with a view of ac fans- see pic.
