Asked to wait two hours for room to be cleaned a ready (no big deal). After two hours I was then told my room type was not available because someone decided to extend their stay. No other option was given except to take a cheaper room and they would put two rolling beds in it ( family of 4). I was told they’d give me a discount, never happened (only booked at this hotel specifically for the room type I reserved). Basically told take it or leave it, not happy and would not return.

Not sure if it was because we had an adjoining room but the family next door to us was very loud and their baby was up all night screaming and up very early in the morning (4am). Make sure you be ask about who is next door because walls are very thin and you can hear everything

We arrived late at the airport and the front desk answered immediately when I called for the shuttle. The shuttle runs 24/7 and was there waiting for us when we got down to the transportation level. I was traveling alone with a child and I felt extremely welcomed and safe. The front desk was extremely kind and helpful and our room was perfect! We had to get up early for our connecting flight so we didn’t get enjoy the pool or breakfast but we definitely will be back! Excellent stay!

Overall it was OK. I booked Hilton instead of other hotels because we were traveling with 2 kids and a lot of bags, about 8 items total. When I called to try to confirm shuttle no one answered 3 times in a row, then there was no bell boy to help with the bags so I would have been the same in a cheaper place with no good service.
