It was amazing after what I went through with another hotel before this one it was breath of fresh air location is nice and the Hotel room was so comfortable, and the people we're so nice and loved the breakfast thank you guy's so much and my two kids loved it we will definitely be going back Next time we go visit our family in AZ thank you guy's so much for such a wonderful experience.

This has been by far the best hotel start me and my family have had. The room was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen area was amazing fully furnish for meals you can even get a cooktop. I’ve already started looking for this hotel in others places to be able to stay and enjoy our trips.

Juan at the front desk was the highlight of the hotel- he’s amazing! 10 stars for him - fast, friendly, helpful! The gym was good, laundry was in the same area which was convenient for me. The bedroom floor needed a deep cleaning - black spots and spill stains. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed from the bedroom so we had to stuff things under it to keep it closed when being used for bathroom or showers. Good amount of space for family of 4 in the room tho, relatively quiet and a good location with food and gas stations around. Red devil italian was good for dinner. Breakfast was good. Overall - customer service was a 5, the condition of the room was a 3.5, location and everything else was 4👍.

Absolutely beautiful! So spacious! Pictures do not do it Justice! Extended family was able to stay together and get lots of visiting time in while in town for a wedding

Didn’t receive a Hilton honors bag despite being an honor member, didn’t have enough towels for the number of guests in the room, when I called to ask for extra towels I was told I had to walk to the front desk to get them. Then we went to open the pull out couch for our kids to sleep on and it was dirty and unmade. It looked as though there were blood stains on the mattress. The room had no sheets and we had to walk down to the front desk to get them ourselves. The pool water was gross. I’ve never stayed at a place that made me fetch my own housekeeping, especially when the linens should have been here in the first place. There are better places to stay, don’t waste your money.

At check in, the desk clerk was very friendly to the Hispanic people in front of me. As soon as I stepped up his demeanor changed. He barely spoke to me mostly head nods. I told him I had a reservation he took my ID and flicked it back towards me on the counter. He ended up checking me in twice so at checkout the hotel refunded me for the second charge. He never told me my room number or any information about where things are located. It took ten minutes before we got water warm enough to stand in to shower. The sheets didn’t look clean had lint and hair on them. I’ve stayed here before and we loved it. Would think twice before staying here again. I traveled alone this time and as a woman I didn’t feel safe. It seemed like an apartment complex verses the hotel I’m used to staying at. There were several people in the room next to me that sounded like multiple children and one adult. It was very loud until 11pm. After traveling 9 hours and flying from DC I was absolutely exhausted or I wouldn’t have stayed.

Super functional room for families, business travelers or just about anyone. Close to airport which is primary reason we selected it. Nice breakfast offered as well.

The property was great. It was quiet-clean-prefect if your traveling with kids. Yes I do recommend Home2Stay anywhere you travel.

Excellent service. we were able to grab bagel and bread early in the morning as we head out to Sedona for the day. The hot breakfast my family loved as well. Room was clean and very convenient. Close to shops like Costco and Walmart. Location is perfect. Close to the highway but no heavy traffic and noise. We will definitely book again!!
