We stayed here for one night, and even though we checked in very late it was such a disappointing stay. The hotel was VERY hot in the hallways and the elevators were under construction making it take forever to get an elevator just find it they were extremely small, and it took 2-3 elevators to get our party to the floor we were on(6 people, 2 children) The rooms AC was fine, but not very cold like you would expect for this hotel being in Phoenix, AZ. The beds were very uncomfortable and the blankets were itchy. The pillows very comfortable tho. The water pressure left much to be desired and one of the faucets in the room were installed incorrectly and it looked funky. The mirror closet door was broke and leaning and the night table lamp was very difficult to turn on, as the button kept getting stuck. We definitely had higher expectations as this was a Hilton property, especially located near the airport. Thankfully, we only needed this room for the night and not extended stay or even 2 days. If we would've needed this for for 2 or more nights, we would've definitely checked out and found another hotel for sure. We in fact were considering our stay, even called the hotel (prior to checking in) and asked if we decided to if we could extend, but as soon as we saw the state of this hotel, and the PRICES of all the snacks/ food/ buffet, we definitely knew right then we wouldn't be. Very disappointed, and definitely won't be back.

I checked in via Hilton App and pick my room as directed. Went physically to front desk and told the person in the front desk that I checked in via my app and gave her my driver’s license. She gave me keys for my room and I went on with my day. I stayed with family on my first night and came back the following night and my keys were not working. I went down to front desk and told the same person who checked me in the issue. She activated my keys and I went back to my room. As I opened the door and flicked the light I saw male dress shoes on the floor. My room was given up and check in was incomplete they stated. The person in the front desk accused me of checking out early and I was arguing with her and told her I did not, she was unapologetic about the matter and just called supervisor to deal with the situation. I explained to the supervisor that what happened is unacceptable, it’s reckless and unsafe. I am walking in my supposedly assigned room with a male stranger occupying it. They assigned me to another room finally but i feel I should be refunded for the first night for their error .I demand an apology letter from management or corporation .

Terrible experience. Reached airport and asked for shuttle which did not show up at all. We took a cab to hotel in the middle of night. When reached they say room not available and finally gave us a room with one king bed which was not sufficient for a family of 4.

bad part of town, not within safe walking distance to any convenience stores etc. they did a good job with the property and the proximity to the airport, but its not the best part of town to have a hotel in in regards to the transient population and the quality of neighborhood its in. Being there on business, it was fine, but I wouldn't take my family to stay at this hotel.

Me and my family got done with our zoo trip long before check in time at 3pm. When i called to find out if there was any possibility of us being able to check in early they told us our room was already ready! Great experience. The lady at the front desk was great. Very impressed. We will definitely stay here again.
