Glad we found this place to stay for our trip to AZ All of the staff was friendly, and they treated us like family. It was always nice to return and be greeted by them when we returned each day. No rush and noise like other hotels. Really well kept, and quiet and restful at the end of the day. The breakfast was an added bonus. It’s about 15 mins from downtown Phoenix so very convenient and less than 10 from the airport.

Very nice place for a family of 7. We had the suite it was well furnished and comfortable. The swimming pool needs a touch up. One of the patio chairs looked like someone fell through it.Dont know how long the chair was like that. Some of the squares tiles was lose, when you step on it it would move. Hot tub could use a deep cleaning. Other than breakfast buffet was yummy and staff was very helpful. We are planning to make this our main stay when we visit Az.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got a suite right at the end of the one of the hallways so it was very quiet. Suite was well-appointed and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and kids enjoyed the pool. The immediate neighbourhood wasn't the liveliest, but Phoenix is a car city and the hotel was close to downtown, the airport, and with easy driving distance to other parts of the city.

The staff was kind and the location was easy to get to the expressways. 1. The couch had a tear and stains. The round chairs also had stains just not ideal fabric color selection for a hotel. The rooms were sold out so couldn't move to another room 2. The tv stations weren't all coming in and when traveling with kids that was tough to try and entertain when it was getting later in the night 3. I did appreciate the free laundry service was very helpful 4. The pool and jacuzzi although good water temperatures needed to be cleaned they were murky and stained.

We had to change rooms 3 times!! Because the first room our door wouldn’t lock when it was shut, then the a/c quit working. Our second room, the a/c didn’t work. So we went to our third and final room and everything worked and it was a bigger room which worked out perfectly. The girl at the front really MADE our trip since we weren’t there on happy terms… we were able to use the conference room for our family meeting and that really was the cherry on top! Despite all the drama, we will stay here again.

Not so good. The receptionist didn’t a room for us and I made reservations a week prior to our stay. She seemed like she didn’t want my family to stay there too. She acted unkind, rude and disrespectful to us. I refused to stay in that hotel. Our usual stay is in Scottsdale and never had a problem. I was very disappointed with Biltmore location. Never will I reserve that place again
