Hampton Inn Phoenix-Biltmore

Hotel was completely under renovation. No pool, or spa. No breakfast. I was given the option to cancel when I checked in, like, am I supposed to start looking for another hotel? An advance notice should have been given. If I was traveling with kids and hoping for a fun stay I would have been extremely upset. I was not even offered a discount. Did I mention there was no breakfast?

This was a great location and comfortable, clean place to stay for a small family in the Biltmore area. Our room slept 4 very comfortably with extra space. The free breakfast had a lot to offer including eggs, sausage and waffles. Parking was safe and easy. The entire facility was clean and well maintained. For dining options there were several places available and for entertainment there was an AMC just blocks away. For our quick, small family trip it worked out well.

The property was clean, safe, and comfortable for my family. No problems to report.

The hotel is located in a nice area for restaurants, activities, etc. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was small and quiet. I was disappointed in their breakfast. Two days in a row they didn't have any kind of eggs. One of the days we were there, I asked about when they were going to refill a bin labeled "hard boiled eggs" that was empty, and the hotel staff member informed me that they were out of eggs. This was smack dab in the middle of breakfast time, so I was very disappointed. Also, the breakfast area had a high table with high chairs, and then multiple small round tables next to couches. I have two small children and so those seating options just didn't work very well for us. The pool was also smaller than I thought. Overall,the hotel was clean, quiet, well-located, and the staff was friendly. As I said before, I was just disappointed in the breakfast and in the breakfast seating area.

Breakfast was great! Quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable. Parking was not the best. Everything you could need for a family night stay.
