The conceirge service was GREAT. We checked in early and they accommodated us. I later figured out the room I booked was too small for our family. They quickly changed us and brought us the keys to the new room. Exemplary! The pool deck and free drinks were nice as was the shower. Excellent! However, the restaurant was radically overpriced, not very good and our server did everything he could to ignore us. So I’d say go with the hotel but skip the restaurant.

This hotel was such a great place to hang with our family! There is a really fun and kind of private room with a pool table and table shuffle board with TV and plenty of room to chill and hang out! It worked so well with all 16 of us! The rooms are quite fun with great sayings and beautiful decor! The staff went out of their way to help us have fun and also the food was fantastic at every meal!!

From the valet who went out of his way to accommodate a special request during peak hours to the chef whose off-menu vegan creation completely dazzled our palates to the beautifully appointed room, the Camby got it all right. We will definitely return and encourage all our friends and family to put this hotel on your "I deserve a treat" list.

Location was exceptional with a warm inviting environment. The hotel was extremely clean - pristine! The room was perfect with all needed amenities for a family of 4. The lobby and staff were welcoming and accommodating. We arrived early (11 am) and check in was immediately accomplished. Every need or request was met - we felt very comfortable and able to come and go with ease The full service Starbucks was within steps and a underground tunnel took us directly to expansive shopping and restaurants.

Stayed at this hotel with other family members. Hotel and staff were very friendly & professional. It is close to a mall, shops & restaurants. Hotel was very clean & comfortable. Our stay was very nice but be prepared for the expense. Felt like I was in San Francisco or New York not Phoenix with the $33 a night valet, $5 latte and $21 fish tacos.
