Absolutley Amazing staff. from the front desk staff to the shuttle drivers to the cleaning ladies and the people who worked the breakfast area. Best complete staff I have EVER seen!! GIVE THEM A BONUS!!!!! 2 kids were at breakfast by themselves, and one made a "disaster" of the waffle station. the worker simply starting cleaning it up and helped the kids make their waffles. Guests actually felt bad for her because it was that bad. but she did it with a smile on her fae. Front desk staff (all shifts) were super leasant and always ready to anser any questions. wil difinately be staying again. Only 1 minor thing, and that the beds were too soft for us. But im sure for some, they were perfect, so not really a complaint.

The hotel itself was good. The room was nice and spacious. The AC didn’t cool very well. The location was the only major con for my family.

Quiet stay despite it being prom season and lots of prom kids stayed at hotel. Room was clean and comfy. Bed was extremely comfy. Will be back.

Another great stay at hotel. My family and i always enjoy staying here when we attend a baseball game at Chase Field. The room is always ckean and the staff are excellent.

Everything is 4 or more blocks away other than a convenience store and public bus from the hotel. Coffee, cocktails, smaller and larger restaurants are blocks away. Pheonix's blocks are not normal city blocks, they are larger. I started to use electric scooters which were all over the city - while super fun and convenient, they are a little spendy. If I had a kid(s) with me, I would not stay here for ease and sanity, though there is a basic park very nearby.

Convenient place to stay in downtown Phoenix. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and appreciate the recycling. The kids like the outdoor pool and jacuzzi!

Overall the property was just fine. The only drawback is the mattresses were in such beatdown, used, poor shape that I could barely function the next day since I couldn't get any sleep whatsoever. Nor did the family.

This property is very clean. Room was large and accommodated my whole family easily. We went to a concert at the foot print center. It was a few blocks away, but we walked home after. Area seemed safe and quiet. They even have a free shuttle (leaves on the half hour) that dropped us at a restaurant prior to the concert. Would stay here again.
