The room was clean and neat. The bathroom had a walk in shower with no curtain. When we showered we had to be very careful not to flood the entire floor. We had two grandchildren with us and had to use the fold out couch for them to have a bed. We had a great time swimming every day.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The hotel is beautiful and clean, will definitely stay here again! And the breakfast in the mornings were so good!! Such a variety of options! Loved our stay here. Definitely family friendly!

Was looking for room for 5 person family and this was good without having to get 2 rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms well worn. The trundle bed option is a cool idea but mattress not clean. Sink was slow to drain due previous customers accumulation of hair and soap. Cleaned out the drain myself. I thought it would be too much if a hassle to have a plumber come out to check drain since the hotel was full. Breakfast was good. Basic scrambled eggs and DIY waffles. Nice fruit selection of bananas and oranges. Staff constantly filling food.

Great hotel in perfect location. Stayed with 2 kiddos under 9yrs old. Kids loved the waffle maker for breakfast and the heated pool. Room was clean and hotel staff was very friendly. Definitely would stay at this property again. Loved the location of the hotel and was able to walk to stores. Only thing I would recommend would be a longer shower curtain so water doesn’t leak onto the floor.

Comfy couch, excellent location, yummy breakfast, near the mall so lots of food options, very clean room (my kids walk bare feet inside the room and did not get black).

The hotel was clean and modern. The room was spacious and comfortable, with enough sleeping options for my family of 5. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

We were checked in/out by Alma at the front desk. She was super friendly and professional. We arrived later than expected because of traffic and she hurried to check us in. She smiled and made sure we had the exact room we had reserved. She made out stay very nice. Hotel was clean and everyone else was friendly too. Our housekeeper provided all the extras needed for our family, with a smile! Loved it.
