Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Chandler Fashion Center

I loved this hotel!! Free breakfast, free dinner, 3 free drinks a night and free popcorn for the kiddos. I read other reviews saying the hotel was dated but for a family trip it was well worth it! Staff are so helpful and we will definitely use it again.

Great experience and will definitely come back again. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was great. The added bonus of dinner and drinks include was awesome. The only issue we had was the pool. It was green and you couldn’t see the bottom. My kids were disappointed as we didn’t let them go in. We saw them trying to balance it with chemicals but it was not looking good.

Rooms were comfortable and beds were awesome. Pool was clean but overcrowded and hot tub was great but overcrowded as about a dozen children were in & out of hot tub the whole time. People were bringing food & drinks into area but leaving all in the area.

Me and my family have stayed here the past few times we’ve visiting the area. We love the amenities and the location.

We recently stayed at the Drury following the passing of a family member. It was the best priced hotel within proximity of all the funeral events. Imagine our surprise when we found the kindest, friendliest staff that seem to genuinely love their jobs. It was also lovely to have access to a robust breakfast AND free dinner buffet (they call it "kickback") included in our rate. It made it so convenient with a small child during a very stressful time. Her favorite was the self-serve popcorn machine, and she enjoyed a bag every night of our stay. We even had time to use the pool (it's heated!), so I'm grateful that she'll have some fun family memories mixed in during what would otherwise be considered a sad and difficult time. We typically prefer luxury hotels, but if all the Drury Inn hotels are like this one, we'll definitely be staying again.

Great place to stay for families. Great amenities, breakfast is great and happy hour is also good.

Quite honestly this is one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in. My family and I travel to the phoenix area often and have found this hotel a real gem. Its located in a good area, its always clean, the staff is always friendly, the breakfast is always good. I enjoy working out in the gym. The beds are comfy and we will continue to stay here in the future.

Loved this hotel!!!! 10 starts for sure! Staff was awesome and the room my family and I stayed it was very clean. Will be booking here again!

Aside from a soccer group there it was a great stay. A few kids running back and forth in hallways. Rest was perfect

Went on a family trip, group of 3. I slept on the pullout. When I pulled out the bed, it was covered in glitter, food crumbs, and had residual hair from a previous occupant. I ended up setting up the bed with all the extra bedding they'd provided in a zipper bag and just slept on top of it all with a blanket I brought on our trip. OVERALL THOUGH..... Was the best hotel and best night's sleep we've gotten on our whole trip thus far.
