Great hotel for families

I want to think the manager and all the stuff for all they did for me and my family. My 70 year old father was brutally attacked in Phoenix on 06/12/23. The manager and staff heard about it And that I was traveling with a severely asthmatic child. And placed air scrubber in the room before we checked in and even left a care package with a with a kind note attached. The manager and the staff went above and beyond for my family, and we will forever be grateful for your kindness.

This is a nice hotel if you don't mind being across from some factory, which really wasn't a problem, just not a scenic spot. Our room was very pleasant, but considering that it was a double room, it really should have at least 1 other chair--luckily our children could share the one desk chair to sit and eat their breakfast. Room service is VERY reasonably priced and you get a lot of food in 1 order--of course, the amount depended on who was in the kitchen. Regardless, all 4 of us would have a good breakfast from 2 orders of the pancake and egg breakfast! My only complaint, besides the lack of chairs in the room, was that the pool could have been cleaner. We still went swimming, but one could see the dirt/sand collecting on the steps. Despite our pleasant stay, we will stay at a place that includes breakfast next time.

My room was on the 3rd floor. I slept early around 7PM and woke me up with so much noise on the hallway with so many kids running around and shouting on the wholeway. The door is not sealed enough to eliminate the noise on the hallway.
