We always stay at the Residence Inn when we're in Phoenix visiting our kids. We love the accomodations, staff, area, all of it!!! Excellent service!!!

Nice front desk staff and decent breakfast. The room needs attention. Multiply towel racks falling off the wall and no covering on electrical box for the stove which left exposed wires my kids could get to.

I came to Arizona to visit family. I was with my daughter and 2 grandsons. The 2 bedroom suite was extremely comfortable for us. The kitchenette was useful and had everything we needed. They provided a crib and it was nice having two bathrooms, one with a tub. The breakfast every morning was satisfying. Lots of choices, which made everyone happy. The coffee brand could use improvement. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were always greeted with a smile. The staff seem to enjoy working together and deserve recognition for bringing a positive attitude to work with them everyday. The entire property is well maintained. Very clean and easy to navigate. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit.

We love staying at the Residence Inn. Usually Lisa is the night manager and she's phenomemal! The hotel is great, comfy and in a great area. Breakfast is always delicious and Coco is caring and very attentive. All of the staff go out of their way to ensure our stay is excellent! We always stay at the Residence Inn when we go to the Phoenix/Chandler area to visit our kids! It's a great hotel and we love it!

We stayed 9 nights and enjoyed ourselves immensely. We combined a business trip with a spring break vacation with the family. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The facility was kept clean. We love the patio with the grill available for some family time while there. Don't think there was a down side.
