Everything was great feom checking in to checking out. The room was very clean and the A/C was already on when I got in the room. But I wish the they had doubled beds on the ground floor because when pregnant, baby, and dog it would help the mom a lot but other than that it was amazing stay.

We arrived about 15min before check in time of 3pm and were told nothing was prepared for an early checkin and to come back in about 15-30minutes and could wait in the lobby. I brought my family inside and in that timeframe a room was ready. As we made trips down to being in our stuff from the parking lot we noticed staff and local police outside but it wasnt clear what was going on. Our stay wasnt impacted, it was just odd. Hotel was lovely, staff was friendly but our check in was moment felt frustrating for a moment

In town family emergency so needed to stay close by ,so this popped up . Very good staff and room was nice , looks a little dated but great for my stay. I will stay here again. Breakfest was good too.

The reason I gave it a lower rating is because the hot tub jets were not working. We were there two years ago and they were on full force. We mentioned it the first night we were there, and nothing was done. We recommended the hotel to our kids and they are coming this weekend so, hopefully is getting fixed.
