Excellent staff, very clean and great continental breakfast! This was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at in a long time, including high-end properties. My family and I stopped for a night on the way home from a family get together and had the best night's sleep in over a week! Highly recommend this hotel. It's a great overnight stop if you are traveling from state to state.

Hotel had a welcoming feel. We were greeting when entering. It took a few mintues to get check in however, everyone was treated like family instead of a guest. Beeds were very comfortable. I got a great rate for 2 nights.

We came to Alabama for a family reunion, and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and quickly addressed any issues we had. It was fairly close to everything.

Check-in time listed in the confirmation email was for 2pm we were traveling from over 600 miles and we were very tired. After making contact with the front desk we were told that check in time was actually at 3pm instead of 2 pm and that they didn’t have any rooms available. So we waited in the parking until check in time. Once checked in the key entry did not work. We were staying in a king room which provided a sleeping sofa. After asking for additional linen the lady at the front desk questioned me about who all was staying in my room. Even after laundry lady brought the sheets up she stated that the lady at the front desk was pressuring the issues as to how many people were in our room. My mother was awaiting my brother and his fiancé to arrive so that they could check in into their room which is why we asked for additional linen. The floors are very thin the guest above us stomped so hard I barely got any rest. The bathroom tub was disgusting and covered with hair. The room was very outdated despite the hotel going through renovations not to long ago. We are having a wild life cookout in September with family in Farmersville a new choice of hotel will be needed for that trip.
