Best Western Troy Inn

The toilet wasn’t clean. Everything else was ok. If you didn’t have the air on freezing then it was humid in the room. I don’t like hotels where I can’t get extras of the things that I need like towels, blankets, sheets. I’m in a room that sleeps up to 4 people, but why are there only 3 sets of towels and then the front desk is stingy with extra towels or they don’t have any. We had 3 adults and some kids and had to buy blankets and towels.

I first asked if I could fill up my water bottle in the breakfast area because the water fountains were out of order. I was taken to a kitchen sink to fill it. Our toilet wasn’t clean. During breakfast plates and syrup ran out and we had to find someone to replace them and she was sitting down outside the breakfast area. We’ve stayed at this property several times, and it was lacking this time . I rarely leave reviews and this is our go to property with a kid in college here. Disappointing to feel that it has gone downhill.

Staff very friendly and helpful with our needs. We had previously been staying at Hampton in Troy, since we’re Hilton honors members. This hotel was much cleaner and affordable, and we’ll be staying here from now on, since we have family in Troy.

I came in for my niece’s wedding. Several of my family members also stayed here. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well as the friendly staff. If I am this way again, I’m most definitely booking here.

The staff was nice and sweet and greeted the family well.We came down for a family reunion so ot was alot of us.The breakfast was good but not enough help but the staff they did have I like how they worked as a team and pulled it off.The rooms was ok the shower curtain had mold on it at the bottom and something that can be easily fixed.Other than that it was a go.We would stay again

The room had a musty smell and the blankets were super thin. Breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool

Our trip was awesome!!! Great place to stay, our "fur babies" loved it ❤

We stayed 4 nights over Christmas, wonderful staff. You can even have your fur babies with you!

Tryed checking in fresh off the road family was tired. tryed getting in the room 3times and couldn't had to be switched to a new room okay fine. Get to the new room and turn on the ac witch had mold all in it on the vents smh but hey we're tired. take showers and go to lay down and its something on the lamp shade but whatever again we're tired gotta get some sleep before we hit the road again. We make it home and I check my debt card to find a charge for 50$ for a lamp shade that we didn't even touch that looked like somebody spit on it. A room that we didn't even suppose to be in aways. Smh I really don't recommend this hotel Obviously Their inspector is not doing their job. I wonder how many more people they have charged for the same lamp shade smh.

We came into Troy for a family funeral, and made reservations for Best Western based off the reviews. It met all of our expectations and then some. The breakfast was great, the beds were clean, and pillows were just the right amount of firm.
