Comfort Suites Airport South

We stayed in room 312 there was HUGE red stain in front of the sofa where two small ottoman's were placed to cover it up. We were four nights housekeeping never came and took our trash out. We also had to ask for fresh towels daily. For 650.00 I thought the service would be better. Also the elevator floor was not mopped the entire time we were there. The room needs some touch up with paint and repairs with light fixtures as well. I’m a rewards member and I normally stay in Auburn when I visit my family but this time I wanted to give Montgomery a try. Never again. The front desk people were friendly.

The property lacked updated facilities for instance the queen beds were too small for 2 person to sleep and share (even for kids)

They messed up our Hotels.com reservation for 2 rooms because they didnt understand the details in the reservation explaining that the 2 rooms were for 2 different adult family members and children under 1 Hotels.com reservation. They required us to pay for one of those rooms again, thus they collected the money twice for 1 of the rooms and refused to credit it back, saying that Hotels.com should credit it even though their reservation and funding was correct. Ridiculous putting us through several phone calls to expkain how THEY are the ones causing the headache and extensive time to try to have THEM correct their mistake.
