Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Montgomery Airport South

Wife and I needed a place to stay overnight while traveling to see family. Hotels.com found this for us. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room had just been renovated a month ago. It was great!

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience. They are currently remodeling but at night so it was fun to see what was new each night. We loved the table in the lobby that allowed us to play board games. The staff was extremely friendly. My kids had to say goodbye to our favorite staff member (I am sorry that i am bad at names she deserved a shout out). If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again.

I liked how at breakfast there were many options and that the pool was clean and warmer than expected! The room was very nice and spacious for our family!

It was extra great, the front desk clerk Jerrod was extremely professional and polite. He made me feel like i was appreciated for choosing his hotel to stay for our shoet family trip.

Pool was "closed for maintenance" for the 11 days we were there. It was one of the reasons we chose this location. not likely to stay here again. Dryer in the laundry room was so loud, I had to close the door and wait outside the room. A couple of the women that worked at the front desk apparently brought their children to work with them each day/night, which would often result in at least one crying child in the main lobby. Only one of the front desk employees ever actually said anything at all when we left or came into the hotel. they were often either not there at all, on their cell phone, or on the business center computer in the lobby. Just a very cold overall atmosphere. The cleaning staff on the other hand were very pleasant, and did actually say good morning each day, unlike the front desk staff. Too many other choices in the area.
