Best Western Greenville Inn

The front desk was rude unprofessional. When I checked in they were telling me that it takes 15 to 21 business days to get your money back on the $100 incidental deposit. My kids went to get breakfast and the lady started hollering at them that breakfast was over even though they hadn’t put anything up yet. They were pretty upset for being yelled at. The refrigerator in my room didn’t work and stunk really bad. They make you pay $22 for a pet fee...Why? The rooms aren’t that great! Then in the morning the Indian people are very rude. Don’t think I will stay there again.

They charged me extra for my kids even though I listed them when I reserved the room through Expedia and the room actually accommodates 4 people as I requested. What were we supposed to do, leave them in the car all night? $196 is super pricey for a night in an economy room so I don’t recommend it and won’t stay again!

Very basic with no frills place to stay. Great for. One night on your way through with kids. My only complaint would be we arrived later in the evening on an extremely rainy/humid day and the air had been off in our room. The outside air actually felt cool in comparison to the room. It took the small room air conditioner about 3.5 hours to get it down to a comfortable & sleepable temperature.

Staff was friendly, but this hotel needs an overhaul. Overall feeling was outdated and dirty. Didn’t feel comfortable *at all* letting my 9 month old crawl around. Hot breakfast was gone by 8:00AM and got tired of waiting for them to re stock. We won’t be back to a Best Western if traveling with our children again.
