Outstanding hotel to discover on a long road trip with a van full of kiddos. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, entire facility was spotless, room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was a home run with the entire family. 10 stars.

They must have pretty thin walls, the people in the room next door sounded like they were in our room, We could hear everything they were saying and a child screaming sounded like it was in our room.

I had a very bad experience at another hotel there in Greenville and called as a last minute check-in. Faye was working the desk and said she could accommodate my family. We got checked in without a flaw. We encountered no problems and everything was fine.

Fast and easy check-in. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Nice breakfast.

This hotel was clean and comfortable for my family stay. The staff was friendly and professional. The hearty breakfast was covered to avoid the spread of COVID-19. Although our refrigerator didn’t chill our bottled water, we could still use the hotel ice. I still would rate this hotel as a 9.9/10.
