Comfort Suites Cullman I-65 Exit 310

We booked two rooms back in Feb paid for them and got confirmation from you guys on both bookings one was comfort inn and the other is la Quinta. However when we got to comfort inn our rooms we never booked. The hotel said we had no booking and had to call your office they kept telling them it was your fault the booking was not made. But finally after about an hour later the mgr said he would take care of us so he called other people and canceled the rooms to give to us. Very embarrassing to our family’s. We we over to la Quinta and they had our reservations.

Wet floor in room stained baby's pink blanket black. It was ok, and mostly clean but didnt appreciate the wet gross floor for $180 a night.

Stay one night with all family everything ok!
