No breakfast provided with stay. Restaurant/Cafe that is on site was slow and understaffed. No pool. Not a good place for family/recreational visit.

Major Remodeling happening. Unexpected day without water. Very difficult for travelers with handicapped elderly parent and children.

The staff has very little training or knowledge. Couldn’t change my room to 2 queens and couldn’t give me an extra kids bed. Charged for coffee as well as toilet was stopped up and couldn’t find a plunger. The hotel staff had no idea where to find one. My kids had to use the public bathroom.
