Overall, it was a lovely hotel and staff at front desk were pleasant. Didn’t really interact with the other staff so can’t comment. The only issue we had was with the roll out child's bed. The slats were bent and mattress was very thin and in poor condition. Not at all comfortable. We had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep better. Mentioned this to front desk and instead of refunding for it we were offered a discount ‘next time’ we stayed at this hotel! That was a very cheeky and unsatisfactory reply but we didn’t make a fuss. The hotel is 5hrs drive! I don’t think there will be a ‘next time’ anytime soon. A nice clean hotel is the highlight for my 9yr old daughter on any trip. This spoilt it a little unfortunately. Would stay again but will remember to check everything is satisfactory before using the room in future at any hotel!

The hotel was clean and tidy. Our room was comfortable but the air conditioning control did not work which meant we had to open a window to cool the room. The room next door seemed to have a family of 4 and was occasionally noisy. The breakfast was good and overall the hotel was worth the money. Just a shame about the aircon.

Tired furniture in room…put at far reach of room when quiet…kids screaming in corridor…keycard fail…tasteless food…good check in…poor check out due to total lack of personality/attitude of receptionist

Deceiving from outside as the building is ugly and the location around the hotel isn't great, but the lobby area and rooms are lovely! Very spacious bedroom, modern with great amenities and stylish bathroom. The bed was super comfy, but the walls are very thin so we were often awoken by kids running down the hallway and loud adults in their rooms. Good amount of free parking and all staff were lovely. I would stay again, but would definitely bring ear plugs next time.

Second stay here over recent weeks. Booked two rooms for family going to football match in Swansea. Hotel is handy form M4 and rooms are comfortable. However, on this occasion our room suffered with road noise from nearby dual carriageway which was annoying. (Previous stay and our other room had no issues). Did struggle with air conditioning / temperature control as couldn’t get it to warm room when dropped cold later in the evening. Could do with more seating in bar area. Breakfast choices were excellent.

Was ideal for the rugby weekend with the family away from the city Centre. The service was good even with the electric key problems on the Friday night Saturday morning. Food was simple yet good, staff very helpful.

Visited during the heat wave we are experiencing and I’ve booked the hotel specifically for the air-conditioning. We stayed in room 22 and immediately I could see snagging issues with the door not shutting properly and the card reader for the electrics not holding the card in to provide power properly. By far the worst issue however was the fact the air conditioning wasn’t working at all, there’s no phone to call down to reception and using an outside line lead nowhere so Unless i Was willing to go on a sponsored walk back down to reception and get someone there was no help - I would have done this however the hotel was entirely overrun by loud children running through the corridors as they had their prom there. AWFUL
