Excellent location in the city, rooms especially the junior suites are very spacious. Hotel breakfast good and hotel spotlessly clean. Reception staff very friendly and professional

Really convenient location in the city centre We booked a junior suite as it wasn't a lot more than the normal room rate and it was a great size and really comfortable Very clean, and nice touches like a complimentary drink each, Nespresso machine and decent robes Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and efficient , real credit to the hotel

Bedroom furniture looking a little tired now. Hot water for the shower in one of the rooms we booked was very poor & the fridge didn’t work either. Gone 5pm so maintenance was unable. Staff very good & did put baby’s food in hotel’s fridge

The hotel was super. Our room was really nice and the main bed was extremely comfortable. The only issue we had was as a family we went to bed and the room was shaking with extreme loud music from a function room the hotel had a Christmas party in. Our 8 and 10 year old girls tried had but they couldn’t get off to sleep. Then one started to cry due to the noise and lack of sleep. I want to reception to ask for some help and the manager told me they were full so he couldn’t move us and the best he could do is say sorry. But that didn’t help us. Terrible situation if we knew it was going to be like this we wouldn’t have stayed in this hotel

Central location but not what i'd expect for the money paid, the room was extremely hot and the aircondition made a continual load noise that reception couldnt help with The free drinks as part of my memebership with hotel.com was not honored...they would only give me as the adult a drink and not my child although thats not what it says online Part of the bath was coming away and cheaply fixed
