Our go to place when we stay over in Cardiff for a weekend away from the kids. Lovely atmosphere and staff are great. Having to park in the NCP opposite is expensive but other than that it will continue to be where we stop over

Fantastic stay in a lovely hotel. Right in the middle of Cardiff. Very relaxed and room and food delicious. Went to the pool with kids and it was great. Thanks

Nicely located, smart and comfortable hotel ruined by hen parties. The management didn’t seem to have a handle on the fact that 2.30am shrieking and door banging can make it impossible to sleep and wakes up children. Large groups need to be banned or properly managed. I complained and was offered no compensation, just an apology. Not worth the cost.
