Nice and professional staff, clean and quiet place my nights were very therapeutic and I was really happy and my kids would love to go back again one day

We had organized a special 21st birthday celebration for my son at a nearby restaurant and decided to book several rooms at The Leonardo Hotel Milton Keynes to accommodate our disabled guests and family members who had traveled from afar. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. I must commend all the team for their exceptional hospitality and assistance, particularly in helping us with our luggage and going the extra mile to upgrade our rooms. However, what truly touched our hearts was the thoughtful gesture made by Leonardo's staff. Upon entering my son's room, we were greeted with a delightful surprise – birthday balloons, confetti, and an array of complimentary treats to celebrate his special day. It was a gesture that left my son overwhelmed with joy and gratitude. The impeccable service, comfortable accommodations, and warm hospitality provided by the Leonardo MK team made our celebration even more memorable. It comes as no surprise that all our guests were thoroughly impressed and have expressed their intentions to return when visiting us in the future. most of the staff were friendly i was disappointed that there was no actual butter for toast only Flora when this was questioned the reply was that Flora is healthier for you but looking at the menu most of it was burgers and chips or very spicy dishes that contained onions and or garlic mrs church has a life threating allergy to all the onion family so her variety of meals were limited without having to ask for meals to be made up for her

we got a parking ticket in a space of 10 min getting the room sorted and sorting out the stay online for the parking., whilst we sorted the room out, we had 2 rooms. Our kid's room was cold, with draft coming from the window told the receptionist, before we went out for our meal. we where tired and went to our room. in our executive room, there was a damaged wall with plaster showing, and paint debris on the floor.. our bed sheet had a stain on it. told them in the morning and they said we just let room service know. They said nothing else

Got no sleep on Sunday night due to several loud fights taking place, mention it to reception staff & how not ideal with having a small child, they were dismissive.
