Staff were genuine and provided the best customer service I have experienced in a long time, from start through to the end of the trip. All of my family (group of 8) are in agreement

Stayed at the hotel with my wife and kids. The bed was awful and so was the sofa bed provided for the kids. The sink kept getting clogged.

Friendly staff, spacious room and clean. Water pressure could be better. Choices of restaurants a few blocks away. 8 mins walk to the tube but the surrounding are rough and feel unsafe especially at night. Recommend for family or group but might not be the case for single.

Not sure how a "4 star hotel" can have such bad facilities, they really need better management. We had a family room with a sofa bed for my kids. But the sofa bed was so poor quality it was unusable. They switched it out for a rollaway, but then they didn't close the sofa bed so you couldn't move in the room. I asked them to close the sofa bed and they didn't know how to do it, and gave up after trying for an hour. The rollaway was also very poor quality, missing springs but no one bothered to check! Finally the next day we just switched rooms, the other room also had bad quality sofa bed, but it was not as dire. But when we arrived there were dust bunnies right in the middle of the floor of the room. While we were there we also saw room service dishes with left over food sitting in the hallway untouched and uncollected for 36 hours.
