Canopy by Hilton London City

Stayed here with my family and found the property to be great for our visit to London. The facilities were great and very comfortable and spacious rooms. The location made moving around London pretty easy with 3 different train stations within minutes walk. I would definitely stay again for personal travel but would also stay for business.

Great new, clean hotel. Family room was perfect for a family of 5. Breakfast was excellent and all of the staff were helpful and kind. Convenience to Aldgate station made navigating the city very easy.

Super convenient to Aldgate Tube station! Very safe and clean part convenient to walk to Tower and Tower Bridge. Wonderful amenities and great big breakfast. We had a Family Room for 5 of us and it was a perfect hub for our families first trip to London!

Great London stay ! The hotel met all our expectations and more. we stayed for 6 nights and had 2 rooms booked (one queen size and one with 2 twin beds) It is a new hotel; rooms are large and spacious (in comparison to other London / Paris / NYC hotels). It is not in the center of the touristic part of the city but has excellent location just minutes from Tower of London and Tower bridge. Hotel is located literally 90 seconds walk for a Tube station. Everything was wonderful, starting with a courtesy phone call a day prior to our arrival, to go over the reservation and check for any specials needs or occasion. The greetings at reception, by the same lady that made the call a day before, the room decoration with balloons and cake (since we had 2 birthdays we celebrated). Rooms were spotless and were cleaned daily. beds were excellent, and comfortable. There is an ice machine and cold filtered water on every floor. We had breakfast in the hotel only on the last morning.it was a good English breakfast with good options (not a huge buffet but a really good).breakfast is 20 GBP for an adult with both kids eating for free . The only thing that MAYBY you should consider is to ask for a room away from the elevator because the PA system (calling-out every floor number) is very loud and it is must be annoying if your room is next to the elevator. We will definitely consider Canopy London for our next stay.

Do not spend your money to stay here. It is absolutely not above 2.5/3 stars Still under construction. Rooms are NOT soundproof. Very small bathrooms, nowhere to do your hair and makeup comfortably Nobody picks up the phone at the front desk or “concierge” Housekeeping just does a scrub down…bathrooms and floors are not cleaned properly and the housekeeping staff is extremely noisy in the morning…guarantee they will wake you up Families/kids are everywhere…kids run up n down the halls making noise Make sure your room isn’t near the ejector or walk up water station…again very loud I had to change rooms 4x without any accommodation or sorry from the hotel. Shower door was broken
