We loved our stay at the Clayton hotel. The hotel staff is so sweet and caring. Greeting us and ensuring our stay was well everytime wr entered lf left. They did not hesitate at all to accommodate a family member's need to keep their medications cold. The rooms are nice, modern and the entire hotel is immaculatly clean. They have a spectacular gym in their basement with water bottles and towels at the ready. They are suoer close to numerous restraunts and the London tube Aldgate Station. If ever in London again, this is for sure where we will be staying.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The thing I didn't like is there was no mattress for the baby cot so we used a duvet instead.

AC in our room did not work. Hotel couldn’t offer an alternate room, so it was very stuffy and uncomfortable stay for a family of four in a room for two nights. There are no operable windows in the hotel, so no option for outside cooler air circulation. Overall, we couldn’t spend much time in the room.

The hotel is decorated lovely. The staff were friendly, however they were often doing several things at once leading to long wait times. We were assigned a disabled access room that we didn’t book next to a room with loud young children. Wouldn’t recommend.

Stayed with family here and had a great experience. Clean, great staff, great breakfast, walking distance to tower bridge, easy to get to subway for public transport option.

Excellent location. Only 10 minutes walking to tower bridge. Rooms are new and enough space for a family of 4. We really enjoyed our stay

The room is nothing like being described on Expedia. It says family deluxe two rooms both has a double bed each when I made reservation. I was shocked to see two small double beds squeezed in a 10 sq mtr. Sound proof is poor also drain is slightly blocked. Felt like a mistake.

Amazing location, everything walking distance, london bridge just 5 mins walk. Loved it, amazing staff, specifically Raj at front desk went above and beyond to make sure my family is comfort. Highly recommend

I certainly didnt like the food at breakfast time it was absolutely disgusting. The porridge was poor , the apple juice cheap as anything and the fruit selection for my child in the glasses they offered was poor . The food really needs to be improved . Imwouls stay again but i would not buy your breafast .
