Reception failed to tell us you need your room key to use the lifts. As a result we were trapped in the lift last Fri evening for about 5 mins as no response whatsoever from any of the buttons incl the door opening button.We had to raise the alarm to get out; very stressful experience.It occurs to us that a child would find this experience very frightening.
