The Morton Hotel

We had a great stay at Morton hotel. The hotel staff was amazing and always very helpful and welcoming. Location is super good. Hotel was clean. We were there with little baby and had no problems with noise. It’s really close to the tube station.

The staff was very nice, the room was a great size and a very spacious bathroom. The location was fantastic. Right on the Piccadilly line so it made for a very easy commute from Heathrow. We fled out of Gatwick which was a little longer of a commute and we were visiting during the train strike but we made it with just enough time to spare (about an hour commute and 3 trains). The hotel is literally kitty korner from Russell Square and a stones throw from the hustle and bustle of downtown London. My boyfriend and I are big walkers so we typically walked to 20 mins back to the hotel after sightseeing but the train would take you just a block away and Ubers and taxis seemed very accessible. We didn't find a ton of bars and restaurants super close to the hotel which made it much quieter than those deeper in the city. The hotel is a true gem for the price and exceeded our expectations. I would 100% stay here again and tell my friends and family to as well A+.
