Ecelent location near to to west end, siho and covet garden. Facilities well mainteing. Nice breakfast (fruit, juice, eggs, etc). Nice room with a quiet view. My family would defenitly come back.

The room closely resembled the images displayed on Expedia, and we were pleased with that. Traveling with our 4-month-old son, we appreciated the hotel's gesture of providing a baby bed for him. The breakfast didn't quite match the enticing images depicted on Expedia; it was rather simple, lacking variety in ingredients. Additionally, the receptionist, a lady, didn't exude the expected level of guest-friendliness.

Nice small hotel for a short trip to London. The rooms have enough space for a family. The hotel is well located and calm. The old windows should be changed as they are not closing well. Overall an excellent stay in London.

We booked a family room. At the check in we were told family room not available and we'll have to use two rooms which was undesirable. The staff were unable to help. No Manager was available.

We were in a family room that was designed in such a way that if someone needed to use the bathroom in the night they would need to switch the light on from outside the bathroom, then open the bathroom door, instantly shining the bathroom light directly into everyone’s face. Such careless design was incredibly annoying.
