Cramped, tiny family room. Can hear everything in the rooms above and around you, at one stage I thought there was a circus staying above us. Tiny double bed.

Hotel had our family divided between 2 hotels that they owned so we had to have that changed when we checked in which meant we were put in the basement rooms. At least that was quiet breakfast was ok not great. Overcooked bacon and eggs. Not much fruit. Hotel not a good value for price.

Fine hotel to stay with kids. Walking distance from eurostar and trainstation for harry potter studios. Also good public transport connections to highlights of londen.
Clean rooms and nice staff. Good breakfast. We would definitely choose this hotel again!
The only flaw was the noise in our room because it was situated next to the heating or airconditioning unit of the hotel.

We stayed in the family room which was very comfortable for a family of 4 with grown up children. There were some nice pubs in easy walking distance and the underground wasn’t too far away. The breakfast was nice. There is no lift which could be a problem if you were on one of the higher floors or have lots of luggage. Staff were friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again.

Reception staff were very friendly. In the room, there were bits on the floor and the toilet wasn't completely clean. We had a twin room, the beds were the size of a child's bed pushed against the wall. We couldn't keep the sash window open, the air conditioning was insufficient as the weather was very hot. However, the room was nicely decorated and the hotel is only about 8 mins walk from Euston.

Members of staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious for a family of four, but it is starting to look tired. The only downside was that the breakfast room was very small for the number of guests, and when we requested scrambled eggs rather than fried, we were told this was not possible. We stayed one night, but would certainly consider the Judd Hotel for our next visit.

Stayed in annex across the road. Building and facilities a bit tired and issue with security light clicking on and off overnight. Management seemed aware of the issue but didn't prevent a disturbed night's sleep. Staff very friendly and accommodating and allowed us to store bags both before and after check in and location quiet and excellent. Breakfast was good too. Stayed in twin room with 6 year old child.

Very friendly staff esp late at night who went above and beyond
The room is too cold without heating and too warm when it's on ..the baby blanket doesn't help . It's not for adults

We stayed to meet family in London, the hotel location was great for this, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
It was extremely clean, we couldn’t fault the room.
The only downside was no disabled access although it did mention in their preview no lift. We had a room on the ground floor at our request with only the entrance steps to negotiate.
We would stay again if visiting/sightseeing.

Nice hotel, decent sized family room, awesome breakfast, great shower, friendly staff - resolved items quickly. Nice quiet and safe area, next to lots of tube options, including a direct tube to Heathrow.
