The trip was very bad and the reason is due to the reservations by you because the reservation with you does not explain the quality of the room in the case of booking, especially if the reservation is for several rooms, and this is what happened with me, where my trip was with the family, which requires the neighbourhood in the rooms, but what happened is that each rooms on a different floor. For information, the hotel in which you lived contains more than 10 different types of room. You have been contacted and sent complaints, but there was no response to those complaints, which made the trip terrible!

Convenient location to train and Kensington park. Very good area for our family with shopping and restaurants. The property provided us an upgraded room upon check-in which was a nice surprise.

Travelled as a young family (children 5 & 2). We had a large comfortable room with a huge bed, it was a joy to come back to after a long day. An easy flat 5 minute walk to High St Kensington underground station.

My stay at the Royal Palace Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. Situated in a prime and unique location, the hotel boasts not only stunning views but also impeccable service that truly sets it apart. From the moment we arrived, the kindness of the staff and the level of service they provided were exceptional. Despite our flight arriving earlier, the reception staff graciously held our luggage while we ventured out to grab a bite to eat. Upon our return, although our room wasn't ready, they promptly upgraded us to a larger suite overlooking Hyde Park at no extra cost. This gesture, especially considering how exhausted and jet-lagged we were, was incredibly appreciated and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The suite itself was a masterpiece, recently renovated and exuding elegance at every corner. But the real highlight was undoubtedly the view – waking up each day to the picturesque scenery of Hyde Park was simply magical. Every morning, we indulged in breakfast at Origin, where food was varied and delicious, and service was phenomenal. I must give a special mention to Marina, whose exceptional attention to my family at the table made our mornings even brighter. However, it's important to note that every staff member we encountered was equally kind and warm, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Needless to say, the Royal Palace Hotel has secured its place at the top of my list for future London adventures. I wholeheartedly recommend it to travelers.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with family while visiting London and it was a fantastic. The amenities where great with on-site parking, breakfast was great, and the hotel is located next to many small restaurants and stores. The underground and bus stops are all within walking distance making it easy to navigate the city on public transportation. Overall, I had a great experience and would return it back in London again.

Really lovely property and wonderful staff. A really family-friendly hotel in the middle of a busy area. The restaurant was fully booked and they accommodated us in the bar (with children). They welcomed our 2 year old with multiple gifts/toys and provided us with a bunch of bottled water. The rooms were also in perfect condition. Truly impressed! Can’t wait to stay here again.

I would say fine for a corporate trip but not necessarily for families, it’s very soulless.

From start to finish, our stay was incredible. I feel bad as I can’t recall the gentleman that checked us in, but his service was impeccable. Beautiful hotel room, with an amazing view. Our children’s first trip to London, and Royal Garden Hotel was their highlight. We will definitely visit again. Thank you!

We really loved the hotel. Spacious room for a family and near everything we needed. We will have loved some more US friendly plugs - like USB outlets for charging. We also felt it was strange that staff knocked on our door two times at 8pm when we have a small child. Other than that a great stay!
