The Park City Grand Plaza Kensington

On the hottest day of the year it was wonderful to find our room had air conditioning and operating quietly. We were welcomed with kindness and friendliness. We didn’t use the restaurant as we were visiting family. Quiet room for London!

Great a/c, super helpful & friendly staff, comfy beds, large modern bathroom in our family suite. Very comfortable for our family of 4.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming at this older property in Kensington. During our stay, we had a few small problems with our room. Our shower drain was clogged, and because maintenance staff was not available in the evening, we had to wait until the next day to have the drain cleared. We also had difficulty closing the drapes in our first floor, street front room. Both situations were fixed quickly once maintenance staff arrived the next day. Our room set up was good for a couple traveling with one child. We had a large bed, plus a small single for our daughter. The restaurant on property was good but the gym was very small and the equipment was not fully functional.

This is a great place to stay with family. Walking distance from many great restaurants and underground train stations. Staff was very friendly. Only one complaint we have is that there weren't many functional electrical outlets where we could charge our phones and smart watches. We had to take turns on 2 outlets that worked.

Modern and very clean, with very helpful staff. It was in a great location and very spacious for our family (two adults, two kids). Quiet street. Cozy beds. Reasonable prices for London. We'd definitely stay here again.

Good location to both Earls Court and Gloucester stations. Walking distance to High Park Kensington. Rooms were adequate. Carpets looked dated. Got very stuffy at night sleeping. Beds should have accessible plugs for charging stations. Only charging station was about 10 feet from bed. Restaurant was not appealing. Front desk staff were great. Very helpful. All in all a good family friendly hotel.

We arrived at the property July 19th during the heatwave in the UK, to find there was NO air conditioning on our floor only. the room was unbearable and hot we couldn't sleep with our 3 year old. Once reported to reception we were told it would be fixed by 1pm that day however a further 2 days in excruciating heat!!! We had to take a fan that was in the corridor just to get some air. Also the phone in the room was completely broken so we couldnt call reception. The sofa bed for our 3 year old was sp uncomfortable that i ended up sleeping in it as it wasnt fit for a child. Carpet in the room had holes, walls were discolored and the windows were disgusting. The staff at the hotel were friendly and there to try and assist where they could, however we waited from 10am till 2pm for the room to be cleaned as check out gets priority we were told.
