In a great location, quiet and clean. The staff at the Baglioni was kind and paid swift attention to us, and helped us navigate travel with two young children with ease.

We were in town to visit a family member and booked this hotel because of prior experience at their Venice property. We were not disappointed. It's located in a beautiful neighborhood, convenient to both the Gloucester Road and High Street/Kensington Tube stops (Circle Line) where you can get to all the popular spots. The walks to each stop also offer many good pubs and restaurants. Our only wish would be that the rooms actually contained more drawers! Two people staying for seven days requires storage other than your suite cases. All in all, however, the staff, the location, the overall environment made this a wonderful stay in a wonderful city.

The Baglioni was a great stay for our family of five. From the moment we arrived, the staff was courteous, helpful and kind to our children (especially the restaurant staff). The rooms were wonderful, clean and large. While it took a few minutes to figure out the lights switches, the hotel room exceeded our expectations in every way! I would highly recommend this hotel.
