No air conditioning and was told fans would be in the room, we left to attend a gig but on return no staff was at reception so we left it and returned to our rooms, the room was hot and stuffy as a result me and my partner had a terrible nights sleep we won’t be recommend to friends and family not to stay at a holiday inn

No extra bed set up for children as booked for 4.had to ring for a bed sheet.which was strained when we fitted it.
