We stayed here for a weekend and absolutely loved it. Fantastic hotel, very clean, good transport links a bit of a walk to the station if with kids just need to be mindful of that but it was pushchair friendly, lifts/escalators on route to central London. The breakfast is great and you can enjoy with a stunning view overlooking the river. We had a romantic weekend and the staff made it extra special for us. Staff are wonderful especially Barsha. I will definitely visit again.

The purpose of my stay was to get a good nights sleep away from my youngest child, who for 18 months hasn’t slept longer that 1.5 hours. The fire alarm going off at 3am for about 10 seconds was obviously not conducive to a good nights sleep. After getting over the loud awakening it took over an hour to get back to sleep. The disturbance to sleep was not acknowledged or apologised for upon checking out. However the hotel is clean, well presented and with nice views.

We were from the United States visiting London and the a manager at the front desk treated me and my family great. Excellent customer service. We enjoyed talking about soccer. Hotel is in a great location right next to Canary Wharf, which is amazing.

We stayed at the Raddisson with family as we where going to an event at the 02. I can not fault the hotel. The rooms where very luxurious and clean. They had everything you needed and more. The only complaint i had was the bar and restaurant. The bar was very badly run and had sold out of most drink including sodt drinks. We paid extra for the breakfast in the morning which was a waste of money. We sat and waited 25 mins for a coffee or tea which i had to find a member of staff and ask if we could have a drink. There was an ala carte menu which we orderdd from. We waited 30 mins for our breakfast which come out cold. There was a breakfast buffet you could help.yourself too. However they were empty most of the time. There where a lot of staff about but didnt seem to have any system in serving there guests. I would under stand if the restaurant was busy but it wasnt. Felt the £25 pp breakfast was not worth the money spent which was such a shame as the hotel was lovely. I will book the hotel again but not use the bar or restaurant again.
