Check in was smooth and efficient. Gustavo was very helpful, he went above & beyond to ensure I found adequate parking and that me and my family settled in. Sabrina was on hand to answer all my queries and was very helpful too. Vivien handled my check out and dealt with my additional requests quickly and efficiently.

Little bit underwhelmed for the money- booked a junior suite for a treat and it just felt more like a disabled room than anything particularly special. One lift out of action, room was a little tired, balcony was locked shut, TV was unresponsive, Bluetooth audio broken, shower small. Expected more.

Stayed in a junior suite and quite frankly it was starting to look tatty, needs some TLC. Stocked mini bar was poor! Tonic supplied but no gin? Was given a QR code to scan to book the Fremantle on site restaurant, to receive 50% off food but it wouldn’t let us book saying they had no availability, so we just went down and there were only 2 tables occupied and the staff were still asking if we had a reservation and were unsure if they could seat us. Very poor service. Very small car park and no information given on any other parking areas, even though I’d emailed the hotel a week before about it and received no answer.

My family stayed at Crowne Plaza and had a great stay. Metro was a quick walk, staff were all friendly, breakfast was top notch and I felt safe leaving teens on their own in the area. There is a small grocery store nearby that had everything we needed for the week. Could not ask for much more.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, large room and nice facilities. The pool was an extra treat for the children. Very nice breakfast for both children and adult. Both DLR and the Elisabeth line have stops nearby, so it is easy to get around. The ExCel is also lose by for those gong to events here. Highly recommended!

I was disappoited of swimming area . Changing room dirty, shower curtains not hunging properly, a lot dirty towels is left inside changing room . On Sunday half of swimming polo is taken for kids lessons from outside and no information about that anywhere. . Pool looks like long time no repaired. Gap under outside door stuck with dirty cloth to cover that gap. In shower next to steam sauna flies and very poor shower (old battery) . Spa area very poor.

Reception Staff initially was not corporative considering arranging rooms on same floor - considering family and kids. however after continues request they finally decided to gave the rooms in same floor. I am not sure how they arranged all of a sudden. Request to consider and provide adequate rooms in a sensible manner
