The location of the hotel is perfect, we can walk everywhere. The rooms are clean and quiet, all requirements are thought through. Staff are very kind and helpful. The ideal hotel for family trips in Madrid.

The staff (Javier, Andrea, Bruno and Ruben) were VERY friendly. My family and I will be returning here on our next stay and waiting to check out the one in Miami.
